This coffee comes from multiple smallholder farms in Costa Rica’s Coto Brus region, grown at 1,000–1,250 meters and harvested between September and December. Featuring Caturra and Catuai varieties, the beans are carefully washed to highlight their clean, vibrant character. The cup offers bright, fruit-forward notes of nectarine, plum, and ripe cherry.
